Justin Michau
Founder & CEOJustin Michau, CEO and Founder of LTS Commercial Services, has over 35 year’s experience in automotive logistics. He began his career driving car carriers , managing automotive logistics for major OEM’s and then worked for Lohr Industries in France . With regard to the latter it involved the sales of car carrier across the UK, Africa, Scandinavia, Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
After 15 years with Lohr, Justin established LTS in the UK and South Africa, building a dedicated workshop in the UK and acquiring the official Lohr sales agency for these regions including Ireland. Today, LTS focuses on closing the loop in automotive logistics, overseeing the sales of Lohr car carriers , the repair and the maintenance of car carriers for various clients across the UK through their workshop in Sheerness, Kent.
Ezra Drann
Operations Manager & Technical SupportEzra Drann, joined Lohr UK in 2007 and worked across parts, engineering and operations. Over the next decade he became Senior Engineer, tackling complex mechanical and hydraulic projects for car transporters. In 2021 he joined LTS Commercial Services, where he serves as Operations Manager and technical support specialist. Ezra manages day‑to‑day workshop activities, oversees LOHR trailer servicing across the UK and Ireland, and ensures carriers meet LOLER and MOT requirements. His technical knowledge and passion for training technicians help LTS deliver consistent quality and responsive customer service. He draws on hands‑on experience daily.
Pat Baldock
Pat Baldock is the Workshop Manager at LTS Commercial Services and a veteran of commercial vehicle repair and fleet maintenance. Pat has deep knowledge of hydraulic systems, structural fabrication and diagnostic troubleshooting. At LTS’s workshop he leads a team of skilled technicians, overseeing daily operations and ensuring each inspection, repair or modification meets strict safety and quality standards, including LOLER compliance and MOT preparation. Pat integrates the latest Lohr innovations into maintenance practices and works closely with fleet operators and drivers to minimise downtime and maximise reliability.
